Kolpolok Limited is a service as well as solution based business and due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer any refund or money back for any of our services once work has commenced. And how could we? You cannot exactly “return” our services.
Your success is all that matters. So, all our effort goes to offering you the best possible service in a timely and efficient manner and always to your satisfaction. We strive to reach your goals with great pleasure in a straightforward and cost-effective way.
We cannot guarantee a full refund for the cancellation of our services. But, if you change your mind after paying us for a certain service, then we will act only on the policy here within. We will only refund or cancel services according to the following guidelines:
- Kolpolok Limited will refund you in 07 Working days in full if a project has not started within 30 days of making payment.
- In the event that information has been provided to us by you, Kolpolok Limited does not offer any refunds for services once work has commenced and or has been completed.
- At the time of placing a work order we usually collected 50% money out of the full amount of the task. If you do not want Kolpolok Limited to start the project at all, you may ask for a return of the initially paid amount with the work order within 24 hours after making the payment. Kolpolok Limited will deduct any expenses, charges and admin fees incurred and refund you accordingly.
- If you commence a yearly service with us and request service to be canceled, you must notify Kolpolok Limited at least 3 (Three) months prior to the closing of the service agreement.
- If you request a cancellation of service and your account has been charged incorrectly after the notice period, we will refund 100% of that amount.
- Kolpolok Limited does not offer any refunds for funds spent on developments, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Kolpolok Limited and refunding them causes any loss to Kolpolok Limited.

Be sure to include your name, company name, and the service or solution you want to be cancelled in writing.
Kolpolok Limited will refund the amount via Respective Payment Gateway.
